Our Mandate

The Yoruba Heritage and Language school  (YHSLA) is a vocational school regulated by the Ministry of Education and supervised by both the Saskatchewan Association of International Languages to develop and transmit the rich heritage values of the Yoruba race and provide an achievable stepwise mastery of the Yoruba Language.

Our Mission

The Yoruba Heritage and Language school, Saskatoon an offshoot of the Yoruba Community Association of Saskatoon is to preserve and promote the heritage values, language speaking within the diaspora community in using its various corriculum based  educational and cultural programs.

Our Vision

The Yoruba Heritage and Language School, Saskatoon is set out with a vision  to sustain, retain and transit the language and cultural practise of the Yoruba race to the benefit of all Saskatchewan residents and the world at large. The vision also encompass a large view of achieving an academic credit  awarding status for its various educational programs.
